1. Orvia 保存哪些数据
你创建的账单、账户、账本、预算、分类、周期账单、智能分类学习规则、附件和应用设置默认保存在设备本地。
Orvia 不要求注册账号，也不会为了提供记账功能把这些账务内容同步到 Orvia 自有服务器。
1. Data Orvia stores
Bills, accounts, ledger books, budgets, categories, recurring bills, smart-category learning rules, attachments, and app settings you create are stored locally on your device by default.
Orvia does not require an account and does not send this financial content to servers operated by Orvia merely to provide bookkeeping features.
2. 付款截图与智能识别
当你使用快捷指令或智能识别功能时，付款截图的文字识别与解析在设备端完成。Orvia 不会为了 OCR 识别主动把付款截图上传到 Orvia 服务器，也不会为了快捷记账主动保存付款截图。
识别结果可能包括金额、交易时间、商户、账户提示、分类建议和备注。最终写入账单前，你可以核对识别结果。
2. Payment screenshots and smart recognition
When you use Shortcuts or smart recognition, text recognition and parsing of payment screenshots are performed on the device. Orvia does not upload payment screenshots to Orvia servers for OCR and does not automatically retain those screenshots merely for quick entry.
Recognition results may include an amount, transaction time, merchant, account hint, category suggestion, and note. You can review the result before it is saved as a bill.
3. 相机、照片与生物识别
只有当你主动添加账单附件时，Orvia 才会请求使用相机或照片相关权限。附件会复制到 Orvia 的本地存储中。
如果你主动开启应用锁，Orvia 会调用 iOS 提供的 Face ID、Touch ID 或设备密码验证。Orvia 无法读取或保存你的生物识别数据。
3. Camera, photos, and biometric authentication
Orvia requests camera or photo access only when you choose to add an attachment to a bill. Selected attachments are copied into Orvia's local storage.
If you enable App Lock, Orvia uses iOS-provided Face ID, Touch ID, or device-passcode authentication. Orvia cannot read or store your biometric data.
4. 账单位置
当你允许定位权限时，Orvia 可以在新建账单或快捷指令记账时获取一次当前位置，并通过系统地图或地理编码能力解析地点名称和地址。你可以在保存前后修改或清除账单位置。
账单位置会作为可选账单信息保存在设备本地并纳入你主动创建的完整备份。Orvia 不会持续或后台跟踪你的位置，也不会把账单位置上传到 Orvia 自有服务器。系统地图与地址解析服务可能按其自身隐私规则处理完成定位和地理编码所需的数据。
4. Bill location
If you grant location permission, Orvia can obtain your current location once when creating a bill or using quick entry, then use system mapping or geocoding services to resolve a place name and address. You can edit or remove the location before or after saving.
A bill location is optional data stored locally and can be included in a full backup you create. Orvia does not continuously track your location in the background and does not upload bill locations to servers operated by Orvia. System mapping and geocoding providers may process data required for those services under their own privacy terms.
5. 汇率与网络访问
当你启用自动汇率更新或手动刷新汇率时，Orvia 会通过系统网络功能访问公开汇率服务。互联网请求过程中，服务提供方可能按其自身规则接收到 IP 地址、请求时间等正常网络元数据。
Orvia 不会在汇率请求中主动附带你的账单内容、账户名称、付款截图或备注。
5. Exchange rates and network access
When you enable automatic exchange-rate updates or refresh rates manually, Orvia accesses public exchange-rate services over the network. Those providers may receive ordinary network metadata such as an IP address and request time under their own policies.
Orvia does not intentionally include your bill contents, account names, payment screenshots, or notes in exchange-rate requests.
6. iCloud 与 CloudKit 同步
iCloud 同步默认关闭。只有当你主动开启 iCloud 同步后，Orvia 才会使用你的 Apple iCloud 与 CloudKit，在受支持的 Apple 设备之间同步账单、账户、预算、分类、账本和其他必要的应用数据。
账单图片附件不会因为开启基础 iCloud 同步而自动同步；只有当你另外开启“同步附件”后，Orvia 才会把相关附件作为同步数据的一部分交由 iCloud/CloudKit 保存和传输。
这些同步数据由 Apple 的 iCloud/CloudKit 服务处理，并受 Apple 的相关条款与隐私政策约束。Orvia 不会因为开启 iCloud 同步而把你的账务数据复制到 Orvia 自有服务器。关闭同步不会自动删除设备上已有的数据。
6. iCloud and CloudKit sync
iCloud sync is off by default. Only after you enable it does Orvia use your Apple iCloud and CloudKit account to sync bills, accounts, budgets, categories, ledger books, and other necessary app data across supported Apple devices.
Bill image attachments are not automatically synced merely because basic iCloud sync is enabled. Orvia includes those attachments in iCloud/CloudKit storage and transfer only if you separately enable attachment sync.
Synced data is processed by Apple's iCloud/CloudKit services and is subject to Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies. Enabling iCloud sync does not cause Orvia to copy your financial data to servers operated by Orvia. Turning sync off does not automatically remove data already stored on your device.
7. 备份、导入与导出
备份、恢复、CSV 导入和导出均由你主动发起。你选择把备份文件保存到哪里、或通过什么方式传输文件，由对应的系统功能和你选择的服务决定。
Orvia 只在完成你主动执行的备份、恢复、导入或导出操作时读取或写入相关文件。
“AI 辅助整理”只会在设备上根据当前分类、账户、账本和设置生成可复制的提示词与 CSV 模板。Orvia 不会因为使用该功能自动把你的账单发送给任何第三方 AI 服务；你是否把账单文件和提示词提供给第三方 AI，由你自行决定并受对应服务的隐私政策约束。
7. Backup, import, and export
Backups, restores, CSV imports, and exports occur only when you initiate them. The destination or transfer method you choose is governed by the relevant system feature or service you select.
Orvia reads or writes related files only as needed to complete a backup, restore, import, or export that you requested.
AI-assisted organization only generates a copyable prompt and CSV template on the device using your current categories, accounts, ledger books, and settings. Orvia does not automatically send your bills to any third-party AI service. If you choose to provide a bill file or prompt to a third-party AI service, that service's privacy policy applies.
8. 数据共享、出售与广告追踪
Orvia 不出售你的个人数据或账务数据，不使用账务数据进行广告定向，也不通过跨 App 或跨网站追踪来建立用户画像。
Orvia 当前不集成用于广告追踪的第三方 SDK。
8. Data sharing, sale, and advertising tracking
Orvia does not sell your personal or financial data, does not use your financial data for targeted advertising, and does not build a profile of you through cross-app or cross-website tracking.
Orvia currently does not integrate third-party SDKs for advertising tracking.
9. App Store 购买与评分
当你查看、购买、续订、恢复或管理 Orvia Pro 时，相关商品、交易和订阅状态由 Apple 的 App Store 与 StoreKit 处理。Orvia 会读取 Apple 提供的商品信息和经过验证的购买权益状态，用于展示价格和判断功能权限；Orvia 不会获得你的完整 Apple 账户密码、银行卡号或其他完整支付凭据。
在你已经使用 Orvia 一段时间并达到一定账务活跃度后，Orvia 可能请求 iOS 展示系统提供的 App Store 评分提示。是否实际显示由系统决定。Orvia 不会从该系统评分提示中获得你选择的星级或评论内容，也不会依据评分结果建立用户画像。
你也可以在“关于 Orvia”中主动打开 App Store 的评分页面；该页面由 Apple 提供并受 Apple 的相关条款与隐私政策约束。
9. App Store purchases and ratings
When you view, purchase, renew, restore, or manage Orvia Pro, product, transaction, and subscription information is handled through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Orvia reads product information and verified entitlement status supplied by Apple to display pricing and determine feature access. Orvia does not receive your complete Apple Account password, full card number, or other complete payment credentials.
After you have used Orvia for a period of time and reached a minimum level of bookkeeping activity, Orvia may ask iOS to present Apple's native App Store rating prompt. The system decides whether the prompt is actually displayed. Orvia does not receive the star rating or review text you submit through that system prompt and does not use the rating result to profile you.
You can also open the App Store review page yourself from About Orvia. That page is provided by Apple and is governed by Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies.
10. 数据保留与删除
本地数据会保留在设备上，直到你在 Orvia 中删除相关记录、使用数据管理中的清理功能，或删除 Orvia App。最近删除等功能可能按产品界面标示的期限暂时保留可恢复数据。
你可以使用 Orvia 的“从头再来”等数据管理功能清除账务数据。删除 App 会移除其本地 App 容器中的数据，但你另行导出的备份文件不受影响；如果你启用了 iCloud 同步，云端数据的保留与清理还取决于 Orvia 的同步状态以及 Apple iCloud/CloudKit 的处理。
10. Data retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete relevant records in Orvia, use a data-management cleanup feature, or delete the Orvia app. Features such as Recently Deleted may temporarily retain recoverable data for the period shown in the app.
You can use data-management features such as Start Over to clear financial data. Deleting the app removes data from its local app container but does not remove backup files you exported elsewhere. If iCloud sync is enabled, retention and cleanup of cloud data also depend on Orvia's sync state and Apple's iCloud/CloudKit processing.
11. 隐私问题与数据请求
你可以随时在 Orvia 设置中关闭 iCloud 同步；关闭同步不会自动删除设备上已有的数据。你也可以在 Orvia 中删除具体记录，或使用数据管理功能清理本地账务数据。

11. Privacy questions and data requests
You can turn off iCloud sync at any time in Orvia settings; turning sync off does not automatically remove data already stored on your device. You can also delete individual records in Orvia or use data-management features to clear local financial data.

12. Updates to this Privacy Policy
If Orvia's data-handling practices change materially, we will update this Privacy Policy and its effective date. The released in-app text and published web version will be used to provide the current policy content.
