1. Scope of the service

Orvia is a personal bookkeeping and asset-management tool. Features may include manual entry, budgets, statistics, ledger books, import and export, backups, quick entry, Apple Watch, iCloud sync, and other capabilities presented in the app.

Statistics, recognition, category suggestions, and other outputs are provided to help organize personal records. They are not investment, tax, credit, insurance, legal, or other professional advice. You should verify important records against original documents and make your own financial decisions.

2. Data and system permissions

Orvia is designed around local-first data handling. Camera, photos, location, biometric authentication, notifications, iCloud, and similar system capabilities are used only when relevant features require them and you authorize them. See the Orvia Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for protecting your device, system accounts, backup files, and exported financial files. Data you choose to share, export, or provide to a third-party service may also be governed by that service's terms and privacy policy.

3. Orvia Pro and App Store purchases

Monthly and annual Orvia Pro plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. Available products, trial eligibility, prices, taxes, billing currency, renewal dates, and offers are determined by the information shown by the App Store at purchase time.

Purchases, billing, renewals, refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are handled through Apple's App Store and StoreKit systems. You can manage or cancel auto-renewable subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings and use Restore Purchases in Orvia to re-verify eligible entitlements.

Expiration of Pro does not by itself delete existing financial records. Existing content above a free limit may remain viewable or maintainable, while creation of new premium content above that limit may require Pro again. Imports, backups, and restores do not grant, duplicate, or reset purchase entitlements or trial allowances.

4. Sync, backups, and availability

iCloud sync, the App Store, system maps, exchange-rate services, and other Apple or third-party capabilities can be affected by network conditions, OS versions, account status, maintenance, or policy changes. Hamiz DEV will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with supported systems but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party services.

For important financial records, keep periodic copies using Orvia's full backup or export features. Before changing devices, restoring a system, performing a large import, or clearing data, verify that you have a usable backup when appropriate.

5. Acceptable use

Use Orvia in compliance with applicable law. Do not use it for unlawful activity, malicious interference with the app or related services, or unauthorized access to another person's data.

You are responsible for content you enter, import, edit, share, or export and for having the rights necessary to process that content.

6. Software and brand rights

Protected rights in Orvia's code, interface design, graphical assets, product name, and Hamiz DEV branding belong to their respective rights holders. Your financial records and content you create remain yours.

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, this Agreement does not grant a right to sell, sublicense, impersonate, or redistribute Orvia or Hamiz DEV brand assets.

7. Limitations

Orvia makes reasonable efforts to keep data processing and calculations accurate, but OCR, smart recognition, category suggestions, exchange rates, statistics, and third-party results can contain errors or delays. For payments, taxes, investments, or other important matters, rely on original records and authoritative information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hamiz DEV is not responsible beyond legally required limits for indirect loss caused by user error, device failure, third-party outages, account issues, or the absence of a usable backup. Nothing in this section excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Agreement and service updates

Orvia may update this Agreement because of product changes, legal requirements, platform rules, or security needs. Material updates will use a revised effective date and the latest text will be made available in the app or on the published web page.

Features may be adjusted, added, or discontinued. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary impact on existing local financial data and purchase entitlements lawfully obtained.
